Things I wish I knew before I tried it

This motel offers a decent stay within a friendly vibe. Don't expect luxury. Rooms are quite dated. The beds are comfy and the location is great, especially if you're catching the Greyhound. The heating was turned on for my arrival, a thoughtful touch during chilly nights.

Great hotel managed by welcoming people. Booked fairly quiet and adequate room that was kept very clean. The bathroom was nice, thoroughly enjoyed it. My stay here was really comfortable.

we were there for 1 day, everything was wonderful, truly enjoyed its marvellous and ideal location right by all the great shops, and restaurants and a couple of nice local stores. the place had a family atmosphere.

A cozy stay by the lake

The tranquility was really good, and the bed comfort made for a peaceful sleep. The nearby restaurant served great food that was a good surprise.

Navigating the hotel was challenging, especially in the dark, and the lack of a microwave in our room was inconvenient.

Charming motel, very affordable!

We explored the nearby Skunk Train and enjoyed some tacos at the Mexican restaurant next door. Rooms were comfy and clean, and the friendly owner is working on updates, nice to see. Just a heads up, plan for some hot days as AC is small but does the job.

The air conditioner was small and struggled a bit during the heatwave. It kept things cool but could use an upgrade for hotter days.
